Directions
Rub chops on both sides with Adobo Rub; set aside. Combine sour orange, vinegar, garlic and 1/4 cup melted Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Spread in resealable plastic bag. Add chops. Close bag and marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hour or overnight.
Remove chops from marinade, discarding marinade. Melt remaining 1 tablespoon Spread in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat and cook chops, turning once, 12 minutes or chops are done.
*KNORR ADOBO RUB: Combine 2 packets Knorr® Sazon with Coriander and Annatto, 3 Tbsp. EACH onion powder, garlic powder and black pepper, 1-1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed and Knorr® Chicken flavored Bouillon. Store in airtight container at room temperature.
