Cheese Grits
Ingredients

2 cups water
-
1/2 cup milk
-
2 Tbsp. Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Spread
-
1 tsp. salt
-
1/2 cup quick grits
-
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.)
Directions
Bring water, milk, Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Spread and salt to a boil over high heat in 2-quart saucepan. Slowly stir in grits. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook covered, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until thickened.
Stir in cheese and let stand 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Stir before serving.
