SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, 18 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER AS OF DATE OF ENTRY. VOID WHEREVER PROHIBITED. INTERNET ACCESS REQUIRED.

1. Sweepstakes Period: The Camp Country Crock Back to School Gift Card Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on July 30, 2010 and ends at 12:00 p.m. ET on September 30, 2010 (the "Sweepstakes Period").

2. How To Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, you may enter by visiting www.campcountrycrock.com (the "Site") and completing the registration form or logging-in for one (1) entry into that and all subsequent Grand Prize Weekly Drawings. Limit of one (1) Grand Prize Weekly Drawing entry per person per day. Entries will be carried forward for subsequent weekly drawings, if any. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, a "day" is defined as a 24-hour period, beginning at 12:00 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59 p.m. ET, except for the first "day" of the Sweepstakes, which begins at 12:00 p.m. ET and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET and the last "day" of the Sweepstakes, which begins at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends at 12:00 p.m. ET. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, a "week" is defined as beginning on Friday and ending on Thursday. All eligible Grand Prize Weekly Drawing entries must be received by 12:00 p.m. ET on September 30, 2010, to be eligible for the final Grand Prize Weekly Drawing. Normal Internet access, phone/usage charges imposed by your on-line/phone service will apply. Automated entries, or those generated by script or bot are not eligible. All entries must be complete to be eligible. All entries become property of the Sponsor.

3. Weekly Random Drawings: Five winners per week will be selected in separate random drawings on or about the Tuesday following the end of each week (from August 10, 2010 through October 5, 2010), from among all eligible entries received by each week,s end date. Drawings will be conducted by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received by the end of each week. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Prizes: Grand Prizes (45 total, 5 each week): A Sponsor-selected $100 gift card. Gift cards subject to restrictions and expiration dates may apply. Limit of one (1) prize per person per email address. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Prizes may be substituted for any reason at the discretion of the Sponsor. Prizes are not transferable. Taxes, if applicable, related to the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

5. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age and older as of date of entry. Employees of Conopco, Inc., d/b/a Unilever ("Sponsor"), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, agents, assigns, and all others associated with the development, evolvement and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively "Sponsor and its Administrators") and the immediate family members of each, are not eligible to participate or win.

6. GENERAL RULES: All Grand Prizes will be sent via mail approximately 8 – 10 weeks after each week,s drawing date. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion of prize) of equal or greater value in the event the prize is unavailable. Return of any prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate selection. By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants (and their parents or legal guardians, if participant is a minor in his/her state of residence) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor and its Administrators are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes or by any human error which may occur in the processing of entries in the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Site; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a participant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter, will be deemed to be the participant. "Authorized account holder" of an email address is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other problems beyond the control of the Sponsor and award prizes per week from among all eligible entries received for the week prior to cancellation, if applicable. Sponsor and its Administrators and each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded. Grand Prize winners (or the parent/guardian if prize winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in the Sweepstakes or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of any prizes constitutes permission to use winners, names and likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the Sweepstakes materials or the offering or announcement of the prizes. As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, participant (or parent/legal guardian if participant is a minor) agrees that: 1) under no circumstance will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for out-of-pocket expenses; 2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and 3) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys fees. You hereby represent and warrant that you have read these rules and are fully familiar with its contents.

7. Winners List: For the names of the winners, available after October 15, 2010, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope by November 15, 2010, to: Camp Country Crock Back to School Gift Card Sweepstakes Winners, P.O. Box 7999, Melville, NY 11775-7999.
