Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the shrimp with melted Country Crock® Original Spread, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper and set aside.
  3. On one-third of a baking sheet pan, make a buttery-parmesan paste by adding melted Country Crock® Original Spread, grated parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and spread it out on one-third of the sheet pan.
  4. Add the halved potatoes, face down, on top of the buttery-parmesan paste and bake for 15 minutes until semi-cooked.
  5. Season both sides of the steaks with salt and pepper to taste, add to the same sheet pan, and bake for 8-10 minutes on the topmost rack in the oven.
  6. Meanwhile, in another mixing bowl, add melted Country Crock® Original Spread and mix in with minced garlic, salt, and pepper to make the Country Crock® seasoning for asparagus.
  7. Bring out the sheet pan with potatoes and steak, flip the steak.
  8. Now add the previously seasoned shrimp and asparagus to the sheet pan, drizzle Country Crock seasoning over the asparagus. Bake on 400 F for 7 to 10 minutes until everything is cooked.
  9. For plating: On each plate, add one piece of steak, a few crusted parmesan potatoes, some shrimp with lemon slices and 6-8 spears of asparagus.
  10. Add Country Crock Original Spread on top of steak and sprinkle some Montreal style steak seasoning.
  11. Enjoy your meal!
