1 can (16 oz.) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
Directions:
Melt Spread in 4-quart saucepot over medium heat and cook onion, green pepper, garlic and ground chipotle chile pepper, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until heated through.
