1 package (8 oz.) Neufchatel cheese or 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened
1 cup crumbled blue cheese (about 4 oz.)
2 Tbsp. cayenne pepper sauce or to taste
Directions:
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients (mixture will be slightly lumpy). Serve, if desired, with baby carrots, celery sticks or your favorite dippers.
Buffalo Blue Cheese Dip is also terrific on burgers, corn-on-the-cob, hot cooked green beans or baked potatoes. Also makes a great sandwich spread!
