In 9-inch round cake pan, add 1/4 cup Country Crock® Spread and bake 2 minutes or until Spread is melted. Stir in brown sugar. Arrange pineapples in single layer, then add cherries in centers of pineapple; set aside.
In large bowl, with electric mixer, beat remaining ingredients just until combined. Evenly spoon over pineapples. Bake in center of oven 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. On wire rack, cool 5 minutes. Invert onto serving plate. Serve warm or at room temperature.
