2 boxes (10 oz. ea.) frozen broccoli florets, thawed and patted dry
1/4 cup Country Crock® Spread, melted
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°. Spray 2 baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
Unroll pizza crust and cut lengthwise into sixths, then crosswise into sixths (36 pieces total). Roll dough between palms of hands to form small "ropes" about 4-inches long and wrap ropes around broccoli stems, starting at bottom and ending just below floret; pinch ends to seal. On prepared baking sheets, arrange seam side down. Brush dough with Country Crock® Spread, then sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 12 minutes or until golden. Cool slightly before serving.
