Halloween Chicken Fingers
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Country Crock® Spread, melted
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper sauce
- 1 cup finely chopped sliced almonds
- 1/3 cup plain dry bread crumbs
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into strips
- 2 Tbsp. sliced almonds
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- In shallow dish, combine Country Crock® Spread, honey and cayenne pepper sauce. In another shallow, combine chopped almonds with bread crumbs.
- Dip chicken in Spread mixture, then almond mixture. On baking sheet, arrange chicken; press sliced almonds onto ends of chicken.
- Bake 12 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
