Melt Country Crock® Calcium plus Vitamin D in 4-quart saucepot and cook onion, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in broth and milk. Bring to a boil over high heat. Add broccoli. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
Process soup, in batches, in blender, until smooth. Return soup to saucepot. Season with pepper and heat through. Remove from heat, then stir in cheese until melted. Garnish, if desired, with additional cheese.
