Caribbean Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp. Country Crock® Spread
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 6 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. half and half
  • Chopped green onions

Directions:

  1. Melt Country Crock® Spread in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook curry, stirring frequently, 1 minute. Stir in eggs and half and half. Season, if desired with salt and black pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, 2 minutes or until eggs are done. Sprinkle with green onions.
