Tinga De Pollo

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp. Country Crock® Spread
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 package (10 oz.) mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon
  • 6 cups shredded cooked chicken thighs or breasts (about 1-1/2 lbs.)
  • 1 jar (1 lb. 8 oz.) Ragu® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

Directions:

  1. Melt Country Crock® Spread in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook onion with mushrooms, stirring occasionally, 6 minutes or until onion is tender. Stir in Bouillon. Stir in remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until heated through. Serve, if desired, with tostadas or tortillas.
