Forbidden ''Butter Beer''

Ingredients:

  • 6 Tbsp. Country Crock® Spread
  • 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream
  • 4 cans (12 oz. ea.) chilled cream soda

Directions:

  1. Bring Country Crock® Spread, brown sugar and cream to a boil in 1-quart saucepan over medium-high heat stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium and simmer, stirring frequently, 3 minutes. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
  2. Combine soda with caramel sauce in large pitcher. Pour into glasses. Top, if desired, with Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream or whipped cream. Serve immediately.
