Sweet Corn Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (15.24 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 3/4 cup 2% milk
  • 1/2 cup cholesterol free egg substitute
  • 2 Tbsp. Country Crock® Spread, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Spread corn on paper towels; set aside.
  2. Whisk remaining ingredients in large bowl; stir in corn. Turn into greased 1-1/2-quart shallow casserole.
  3. Bake 40 minutes or until golden.
