Sweet Corn Pudding
Ingredients:
- 1 can (15.24 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
- 3/4 cup 2% milk
- 1/2 cup cholesterol free egg substitute
- 2 Tbsp. Country Crock® Spread, melted
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°. Spread corn on paper towels; set aside.
- Whisk remaining ingredients in large bowl; stir in corn. Turn into greased 1-1/2-quart shallow casserole.
- Bake 40 minutes or until golden.
