Melt Country Crock® Spread in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook onion, stirring occasionally, until crisp-tender, 3 minutes. Stir in honey and cook, stirring frequently, 1 minute. Stir in carrots and broth. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and cook covered, stirring once, 3 minutes. Remove cover and cook until liquid is reduced and carrots are coated, about 3 minutes.
TIP: Use cooked sliced fresh or canned carrots instead of frozen carrots.
