1 bag (12 oz.) frozen broccoli florets, cooked according to package directions
1/4 cup Ragu® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce
12 slices turkey pepperoni
1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese (about 2 oz.)
Directions:
Melt Country Crock® Spread in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook onion, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 3 minutes. Stir in hot broccoli. Turn into 1-1/2-quart shallow casserole.
Drizzle with Pasta Sauce, then top with pepperoni and sprinkle with cheese. Broil until cheese is melted, about 1 minute.
TIP: Use cooked fresh broccoli, chopped instead of frozen.
