Honey-Lemon Spread

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Country Crock® Honey Spread
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Store, covered, in refrigerator until ready to use up to 2 weeks. Try using on hot green beans, orzo pasta or fish.
  • TIP: Use other herbs such as basil or oregano instead of parsley.
