Spiced Corn Pudding
Ingredients:
- 1 cup 1% milk
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 3 Tbsp. Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. Country Crock® Pumpkin Spice Spread, melted
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- Pinch salt
- 1 package (12 oz.) frozen corn, thawed
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Combine all ingredients except corn in large bowl with wire whisk; stir in corn. Turn into greased 1-quart shallow casserole.
- Bake 1 hour or until golden.
