Sweet Spiced Squash

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp. Country Crock® Pumpkin Spice Spread
  • 1 Tbsp. firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1 medium acorn squash, halved and seeded

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Combine Country Crock® Pumpkin Spice Spread with brown sugar in small bowl. Arrange squash, cut side up, in 2-quart shallow baking dish. Evenly brush cut side with Spread mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until squash is very tender.
