6 cups fresh broccoli florets, cooked until crisp-tender
1/4 cup chopped toasted walnuts
Directions:
Melt Country Crock® Pumpkin Spice Spread in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook onion, stirring frequently, until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in vinegar and cook 1 minute. Stir in raisins, water and sugar and cook, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened, about 2 minutes. Stir in broccoli, then sprinkle with walnuts.
TIP: Use cooked frozen broccoli florets instead of fresh.
