Cranberry-Orange Spiced Green Beans

Ingredients:

  • 3 Tbsp. Country Crock® Pumpkin Spice Spread
  • 1 large shallot OR 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 lb. green beans, trimmed and cooked crisp-tender

Directions:

  1. Melt Country Crock® Pumpkin Spice Spread in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook shallot, stirring frequently, until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in orange juice and cranberries and simmer 1 minute. Stir in green beans. Garnish, if desired, with orange slices.
  • TIP: Use frozen cooked green beans instead of fresh green beans.
