1 lb. green beans, trimmed and cooked crisp-tender
Directions:
Melt Country Crock® Pumpkin Spice Spread in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook shallot, stirring frequently, until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in orange juice and cranberries and simmer 1 minute. Stir in green beans. Garnish, if desired, with orange slices.
TIP: Use frozen cooked green beans instead of fresh green beans.
