1 can (14.5 oz.) fat free reduced sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup water
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
Directions:
Melt Country Crock® Spread in 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat and cook mushrooms, onion and thyme, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender, about 4 minutes.
Stir in rice and cook, stirring constantly, until golden, about 1 minute.
Stir in broth and water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered until rice is tender, about 20 minutes. Season with ground black pepper.
