Melt 1 tablespoon Country Crock® Spread in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook carrots 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in broth. bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and cook covered, stirring once, 3 minutes. Remove cover and cook until liquid is reduced and carrots are tender-crisp, about 3 minutes. Top with remaining 2 tablespoons Spread and stir until melted.
TIP: Use sliced canned or frozen carrots instead of fresh.
