1 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed and cooked until crisp-tender
Directions:
Melt 1-1/2 tablespoons Country Crock® Spread in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-low heat and cook bread crumbs with garlic and cook, stirring frequently, until crumbs are toasted, about 3 minutes. Stir in lemon peel; remove bread crumb mixture from skillet and set aside.
Toss hot green beans with remaining 1 tablespoon Spread in serving bowl, then sprinkle with toasted crumbs.
