Bring milk, water, rice and Country Crock® Spread to a boil over high heat in large saucepan. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 45 minutes or until rice is very tender.
Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla in small bowl with wire whisk. Add a small amount of hot rice mixture into egg mixture, stirring well. Slowly stir egg mixture into rice mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Serve warm or chilled, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Top, if desired, with fresh seasonal berries.
