1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (about 4 ounces)
8 (6-in.) fajita size flour tortillas
3 Tbsp. Country Crock® Spread
Directions:
Evenly layer ham and cheese on 4 tortillas; top each with remaining tortillas.
In 10-inch nonstick skillet, melt 1 teaspoon Country Crock® Spread over medium heat. Cook one quesadilla 2 minutes or until golden brown. Add 1 teaspoon Spread, then turn quesadilla and cook 2 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Remove to serving platter and repeat with remaining Spread and quesadillas. Serve immediately.
