Pop Corn Marshmallow Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Country Crock® Spread
  • 1 package (10 oz.) marshmallows
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Vegetable food coloring or nonpariels (optional)
  • 2-1/2 quarts popped pop corn

Directions:

  1. In heavy 4-quart saucepan, over low heat, slowly melt Country Crock® Spread and marshmallows, stirring constantly, until smooth. Stir in vanilla and food coloring until evenly blended. Pour over popped pop corn and mix until well coated. Form into shapes, using lightly greased hands.
