Makes 1 cup dip
Spreadable Roasted Red Pepper Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Country Crock® Spread
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
Directions:
- Process all ingredients in food processor or blender until smooth; chill. Serve, if desired, with vegetable dippers.
