2 lbs. all-purpose potatoes OR sweet potatoes or yams, peeled and cut into wedges
1/2 cupCountry Crock® Calcium plus Vitamin D, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450°. Lightly grease baking sheet; set aside.
Toss all ingredients in large bowl until potatoes are evenly coated. Arrange potatoes in single layer on prepared sheet. Bake, turning once, 50 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and crisp.
