In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. With pastry blender or two knives, cut in Country Crock® Spread until mixture is the size of fine crumbs. Stir in water until dough forms. Shape into a flat circle, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Divide the dough in half. Roll each half on a floured surface into a 15-inch square, about 1/8-inch thick. Cut into 3-inch squares; set aside.
In 4-quart saucepan, heat oil to 375°F. Fry dough, a few pieces at a time, until golden, turning once. Drain on paper towels. Arrange on serving platter and drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.
