In 1-quart heavy-duty saucepan, melt Country Crock® Honey Spread, brown sugar and corn syrup over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes or until candy thermometer reaches 250° and mixture is syrupy. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Stir in cream, then walnuts. Serve warm over your favorite Breyers® Ice Cream.
