2 cans (15 oz. ea.) sliced pears in light syrup, drained (reserve juice)
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
8 frozen waffles, toasted
Directions:
In 10-inch nonstick skillet, melt Country Crock® Honey Spread over medium heat and cook pears, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes. Stir in reserved juice, cranberries and cornstarch. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring frequently, 1 minute. Stir in lemon juice. Serve over hot waffles.
