Honey Cream Frosting

Ingredients:

  • 1 container Country Crock® Honey Spread
  • 1 box (1 lb.) confectioners sugar
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

Directions:

  1. In large bowl, with electric mixer on low speed, beat all ingredients until smooth, scraping down sides occasionally. Increase speed to high and beat 2 minutes or until fluffy.    Use to frost two 9-inch layer cakes or about 24 cupcakes. For best results, refrigerate frosted cakes at least 1 hour before serving.
