In small bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar and cornstarch; set aside.
In small saucepan, melt Country Crock® Honey Spread over medium heat and cook garlic and ginger 1 minute. Add soy sauce mixture and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, 1 minute or until thickened. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine ground beef, green onions and 3 tablespoons soy sauce mixture; shape into 4 patties. Grill or broil to desired doneness. Serve on hamburger buns brushed with remaining soy sauce mixture. Top, if desired, with your favorite hamburger toppings.
