Cheese Grits

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Country Crock® Spread
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup quick grits
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.)

Directions:

  1. Bring water, milk, Country Crock® Spread and salt to a boil over high heat in 2-quart saucepan. Slowly stir in grits. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook covered, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until thickened.
  2. Stir in cheese and let stand 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Stir before serving.
