2 lbs. all-purpose potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup Country Crock® Spreadable Butter With Canola Oil
1/4 cup milk
1 Tbsp. finely chopped chives
3/4 tsp. salt
Directions:
In 4-quart saucepot, add potatoes and cover with water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes or until potatoes are very tender; drain.
Return potatoes to saucepan. Mash potatoes, then stir in remaining ingredients.
