Herbed Vegetable Saute

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Country Crock® Spreadable Butter With Canola Oil
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 1 medium yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 medium red or green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil leaves or 1 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed

Directions:

  1. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, melt Country Crock® Spreadable Butter With Canola Oil over medium-high heat and cook vegetables and garlic, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in salt, black pepper and basil.
