Brunch Time Blintz Souffle
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Country Crock® Spread, melted
- 2 boxes (13 oz. ea.) frozen cheese blintzes*
- 6 eggs
- 1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 4 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Pour Country Crock® Spread in bottom of 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish. Add blintzes, turning to coat; set aside.
- Stir remaining ingredients in large bowl, with wire whisk until smooth; pour over blintzes. Bake 45 minutes or until slightly puffed and golden brown.
