Evenly spread 1 tablespoon Country Crock® Honey Spread over pork. Season, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. In bottom of foil-lined 13 x 9-inch baking pan, arrange pork. Roast 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in 1-quart saucepan, bring remaining ingredients to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium and simmer, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes or until sugar is dissolved; reserve 1/2 cup. Pour remaining sauce over pork and cook 8 minutes or until pork is done. Serve sliced pork with reserved sauce.
