1 can (14.5 oz.) fat free reduced sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup raisins
Directions:
Melt Country Crock® Pumpkin Spice Spread in 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat and cook rice with onion, stirring frequently, until rice is golden, about 4 minutes. Stir in broth and water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Stir in raisins. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered 20 minutes. Let stand covered 5 minutes, then fluff with fork.
