Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 5 cups uncooked old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 cup Country Crock® Spread, melted
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°. Grease 13 x 9-inch baking dish; set aside.
  2. Combine uncooked oats, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients with wooden spoon until blended. Evenly pour into prepared baking dish.
  3. Bake 25 minutes or until just set in middle. Serve immediately, if desired, with additional milk or cream.
