Family Favorites Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) Country Crock® Buttery Sticks
  • 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 package (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crisp rice cereal
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 cup uncooked quick or old fashioned oats

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.
  3. In large bowl, with electric mixer, beat Country Crock® Buttery Sticks and sugars until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Beat in eggs and vanilla, scraping sides occasionally. Beat in flour mixture until blended. Stir in chocolate, cereal, coconut and oats. On ungreased baking sheets, drop dough by rounded tablespoons, 2 inches apart.
  4. Bake 12 minutes or until lightly golden and edges look crisp. On wire rack, let stand 2 minutes; remove from sheets and cool completely.
