In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.
In large bowl, with electric mixer, beat Country Crock® Buttery Sticks and sugars until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Beat in eggs and vanilla, scraping sides occasionally. Beat in flour mixture until blended. Stir in chocolate, cereal, coconut and oats. On ungreased baking sheets, drop dough by rounded tablespoons, 2 inches apart.
Bake 12 minutes or until lightly golden and edges look crisp. On wire rack, let stand 2 minutes; remove from sheets and cool completely.
