Honey-caramel Baked Apples


  • 4 golden delicious apples, cored
  • 12 caramels
  • 4 Tbsp. Country Crock® Honey Spread


  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. In 8 x 8-inch baking dish, arrange apples. Insert 3 caramels and 1 tablespoon Country Crock® Honey Spread into each apple.
  3. Bake 45 minutes or until apples are tender. Remove to serving plates. Stir sauce in baking dish until smooth; drizzle over apples.
  • Microwave Driections: In 8 x 8-inch microwave-safe dish, arrange apples. Prepare as above. Microwave covered at HIGH 5 minutes or until apples are tender. Continue as above.
