Sauteed Honey Cinnamon Apples


  • 1/2 cup Country Crock® Honey Spread
  • 4 Granny Smith apple
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon


  1. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, melt Country Crock® Honey Spread over medium heat and cook apples with lemon juice, stirring frequently, 12 minutes or until apples are almost tender.
  2. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and, if desired, a pinch of salt; stir into skillet and simmer, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes or until warm. Serve warm as a side dish or as a delicious topping for ice cream, waffles or pancakes.
