Baked Acorn Squash

Ingredients:

  • 2 small acorn squash, halved and seeded (about 1-3/4 lbs. ea.)
  • 1/4 cup Country Crock® Cinnamon Spread or Honey
  • 1/2 tsp. firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions:

  1. In microwave-safe baking dish, arrange squash, cut side up. Evenly spread with Country Crock® Cinnamon Spread then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Microwave covered at HIGH 10 minutes or until squash are tender.
