Cinnamon Pound Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 box (16 oz.) pound cake mix
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup Country Crock® Cinnamon Spread, divided
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Combine 2 tablespoons cake mix with walnuts in small bowl; set aside.
  2. Prepare remaining cake mix with milk and eggs, adding 1/4 cup Country Crock® Cinnamon Spread; stir in walnut mixture. Bake according to package directions.
  3. While cake is still warm, brush with remaining 1/4 cup Spread, melted.
