Cinnamon Roasted Sweet Potatoes

- 2 1/2 lbs. sweet potatoes or or yams, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces
- 6 Tbsp. Country Crock® Cinnamon Spread, melted
- 1 Tbsp. firmly packed light brown sugar
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Toss potatoes, 2 tablespoons Country Crock® Cinnamon Spread and brown sugar in large bowl. Arrange potatoes on baking sheet in single layer. Roast, stirring once, 35 minutes or until golden brown. Drizzle with remaining 4 tablespoons Spread.
