Pecan-Crusted Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.)
  • 3 Tbsp. Country Crock® Pumpkin Spice Spread, melted

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Combine pecans, bread crumbs and pepper in shallow dish; set aside.
  3. Coat chicken with Country Crock® Pumpkin Spice Spread, then pecan mixture. Arrange on ungreased baking sheet.
  4. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
