Baby Carrots with Honey

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Country Crock® Spread
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 package (16 oz.) baby carrots, thawed
  • 1/4 cup fat free reduced sodium chicken broth

Directions:

  1. Melt Country Crock® Spread in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook onion, stirring occasionally, until crisp-tender, 3 minutes. Stir in honey and cook, stirring frequently, 1 minute. Stir in carrots and broth. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and cook covered, stirring once, 3 minutes. Remove cover and cook until liquid is reduced and carrots are coated, about 3 minutes.

TIP: Use cooked sliced fresh or canned carrots instead of frozen carrots.
