Honey-Orange Mixed Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Country Crock® Honey Spread
  • 1 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 1/4 tsp. orange peel
  • 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 container (12 oz.) frozen stir-fry vegetables, prepared according to package directions

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except vegetables in small bowl. Stir 2 tablespoons Spread mixture into hot vegetables. Sprinkle, if desired, with toasted sesame seeds.
  2. Store remaining Spread mixture, covered, in refrigerator up to 2 weeks. Try using on muffins, pancakes or grilled pineapple.
